We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.
Any orders placed during periods of when our online shop is closed (we will always clearly state closures/holiday times on the website and/or social media), they will not be dispatched until we return.
A delivery charge of £3.50 will be added to the total price of the products you ordered should that total be less than £20. The charge will be clearly applied at checkout. There is no delivery charge for orders over £20.
Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail. Estimated shipping times are used for guidance only and start from the date of dispatch. We cannot be responsible for any possible delays caused by the postal system.
We do our utmost to provide the highest quality products and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not happy with our products, you have the following rights available to you:
Change of mind and cancellation
When you purchase goods from us, you have the right to withdraw your offer until it has been accepted by us. Even after the order has been accepted, you have 14 days to cancel your order if you change your mind. If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order, we offer a full refund. Once you have notified us that you wish to return your order, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. You can notify us by emailing our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure that garments being returned are unworn and have original tags (still attached) and packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons we can not except returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty when they arrive with you.
Please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.
Right to return faulty goods
When you buy goods from us you have the right to claim a refund where the goods are faulty or not as described. We offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to. Please refer to clauses 4 and 5 of our Terms and Conditions for further information on our product descriptions, and our right to make changes to the product.
Repairs and replacement
If you have accepted an item, but later discover a fault in this item, you have the right to a repair or replacement. If you discover a fault in an item within 6 months, we will repair or replace the item unless we can prove the item was not faulty when you purchased it. If you return an item for repair or replacement after the 6 month period, we may ask you prove that the item was faulty before processing your repair or replacement.
Cost of return
We will pay the cost of return if the products are faulty or not as described, or if you end the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the product, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong. In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
Where you are entitled to a postage refund you can reclaim this by sending proof of postage to us via email. We will then issue a refund to you through the website payment system.
Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. We strongly advise that you return your item/s using a tracked method of shipping to ensure your return arrives back to us.
Please note that electronic gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
How to exercise your rights
If you wish to cancel your contract with us, request a refund, repair or replacement, please let us know by emailing our customer services team at email@example.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
